Privacy notice
Updated 20 October 2026. This notice describes the Freecaly scheduling service operated by Hani Alnatour. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].
Information used for scheduling
When you book, Freecaly stores your name, email address, chosen timezone, meeting time, and any notes or answers you submit. The organizer can view those details to arrange and manage the meeting. Organizers also provide account, workspace, availability, and optional profile information.
How information is used
Freecaly uses this information to show availability, confirm and manage bookings, send service emails, verify accounts, and provide account recovery. Request metadata is also used to limit abuse and operate the service.
Calendar, email, and hosting providers
If the organizer connects Google Calendar, Freecaly checks calendar availability and sends booking details to Google to create, update, or cancel the corresponding calendar event. The configured email provider processes verification, recovery, and booking emails. Hosting and security providers process requests needed to deliver the service.
Google Calendar access is used for scheduling features. Freecaly does not include advertising or AI features that use connected calendar data.
Cookies and browser storage
Freecaly uses necessary session cookies for organizer sign-in and private booking management. Browser storage also helps recover a booking attempt after an interrupted request. Keep booking management and recovery links private because they provide access to your booking.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
Organizers can disconnect Google Calendar from Integrations. If Google cannot complete the revocation immediately, Freecaly retains the protected connection credentials for a retry. Disconnecting the calendar does not remove existing booking history.
Booking history and privacy requests
Cancelling a booking retains its history. Account and booking records do not have an automatic deletion period in this release. Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Include the booking reference or account email so the operator can identify the relevant records and verify the request.
